In the event that the shipment is damaged in transit, House Raccoon will resend or refund the order upon proof of shipping damage (clear photos are a must). The customer can return a product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days after receiving the shipment. Custom-made products, discounted products, personalized products cannot be returned. The return costs are to be paid by the customer.
