Our Maple Tree is a unique design collector's item! The wooden beech trunk is 100% handmade in Belgium at one of the last Belgian turning workshops. The top is completely handmade by us in our workshop in Antwerp. Whether you choose 1 piece or to create a miniature forest, our trees will certainly stand out and make you smile! Shipping & Delivery
All products are shipped with Bpost, DPD, DHL or UPS. As a customer you can track the order via track & trace of the relevant courier.
In the event that the shipment is damaged in transit, House Raccoon will resend or refund the order upon proof of shipping damage (clear photos are a must). Customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes when the package crosses international borders. Please note that this also includes the UK after Brexit.

Return/Refund
The customer can return a product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days after receiving the shipment. Custom-made products, discounted products, personalized products cannot be returned. The return costs are to be paid by the customer.
